One photo logs a parcel
Staff photograph the label on any phone. Within seconds the form is filled in. They check it, add the shelf and save, and the person is emailed straight away.
Label reading
vFound AI reads the name, room or apartment, carrier, tracking number and sender from the label. Staff see everything it read and correct it before saving.
Your people list
Import a spreadsheet of names, emails, rooms and IDs. When the name on a label clearly matches one person, they are picked for you; when two people could fit, staff choose.
A pickup code and QR pass by email
The email carries a six-character pickup code, a QR pass the desk can scan, the collection note you set and the date to collect by, in the person’s own language. A reply reaches your desk, not vFound.
At the desk: a code, a signature, done
When someone arrives, staff scan the QR pass on their phone, or type the pickup code or the person’s name and press Enter. Every parcel waiting for that person appears with its shelf, so three deliveries are one handover.
- The person signs on your phone or tablet. You can make a signature required for every handover.
- Each parcel keeps its history: who logged it, when the person was emailed, who handed it over and who collected it.
- A parcel can be handed over once only, so two staff members can never release the same delivery twice.
- No lockers or scanners to buy: a phone, tablet or computer with a web browser runs the desk, and a phone or tablet camera takes the label photos.
- Export every parcel to a spreadsheet, send a daily count of parcels due back to your Slack or Teams channel, and connect other systems through the API and webhooks.
Nothing waits on the shelf forever
Uncollected parcels are the mailroom’s slow leak. vFound Parcels keeps them moving without anyone keeping a list.
Reminders
While a parcel waits, the person gets a reminder every few days, as often as you choose, up to three times.
Due back to sender
After the period you set, a parcel moves to Due back and shows on Home, ready to hand back to the carrier and mark as returned.
Private and tidy
Parcel records and label photos are private to your team and never appear on your public lost and found page. Finished parcels are deleted 12 months after collection or return.

How long are parcel records kept?+
