Import the resident list from a spreadsheet saved as CSV, or connect a CSV link that vFound refreshes every hour. When someone moves out, remove them and their name is taken off parcels already collected, while parcels still waiting keep it until they are handed over.
Accountable across shifts
Every concierge has their own login, and every log, reminder and handover carries a name and a time. Shelves show occupancy, labels print on thermal or A4 sheets, and parcels past the collection period appear on a due-back-to-sender list.
