Coworking package management software for your community desk.
vFound Parcels is coworking package management software: the community desk logs each parcel from a label photo, emails the member a pickup code and records who collected it.
A coworking space takes in parcels for members who belong to different companies, come in on different days and sometimes leave without telling the desk.
Valid card required. Cancel before day 14 to avoid the yearly charge.

A courier, a member and one desk
Parcels do not arrive on a schedule, and the person who signs for them is usually the community manager, who is also answering questions at the door.
The courier signs in
With vFound Visitors switched on, a courier who signs in as a delivery visitor appears on the Parcels desk as on site. Visitors is a separate product with its own price.
Log it for the member
Photograph the label and check the name. Put the company or desk number in the unit field so the desk can tell two members with the same name apart.
The member says they are here
The member opens their private page, taps I'm at the desk, and the desk sees who is waiting and how many parcels they have.
A member leaves with a parcel on the shelf
Members join and leave all month. When an owner or manager marks a member departed, their private page and browser alerts stop, and they can no longer be chosen for new parcels.
The parcel on the shelf is not deleted. The People screen shows one prompt that counts what the member still has open, such as parcels, equipment, reservations and visitor passes, until staff resolve it. A later change to the member's unit never rewrites the unit recorded when a parcel arrived.

Where the member list comes from
Import members from a CSV file, or connect a CSV link that vFound refreshes every hour. A manual list works for a small space.
OfficeRnD Flex is an Enterprise connector, not part of the ordinary Parcels trial. With Enterprise, you create the connection in your own OfficeRnD account with the members read permission. vFound reads each member's ID, name, email and active status, with an optional location filter. It does not read memberships, bookings, invoices or payments, and it never creates a vFound staff login. If the connection fails, the desk keeps working from the list it has.
Check your coworking requirements
| Your requirement | Fit | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Log parcels for members of many companies | Yes | Parcels are normally linked to a person on the list, and staff can also log one without linking. The unit field can hold a company or desk number. |
| Members from a spreadsheet | Yes | Import a CSV into People. Check names and email addresses before sending parcel notices. |
| Members from OfficeRnD Flex | Enterprise | Needs vFound Enterprise and your own OfficeRnD application with the members read permission. |
| Couriers who sign in at the desk | With Visitors | Needs vFound Visitors on the same venue, using its delivery visitor type. |
| Bill members for parcel handling | No | vFound does not take payment from members or charge for parcels. |
| Text messages to members | No | vFound does not send text messages for Parcels. Notices go by email. |
Rehearse a busy Monday
In the 14-day trial, add five sample members from two companies and log a parcel for each. Mark one member departed and see what the desk is asked to review. Have a member open their page and say they are at the desk. A valid card is required.
Questions from the mailroom
Does vFound Parcels work with OfficeRnD Flex?+
Yes, as an Enterprise connector. You create the connection with the members read permission, and vFound reads member ID, name, email and active status. It does not create staff logins or read bookings or invoices.
Can couriers sign in at a coworking desk?+
Yes, when vFound Visitors is switched on. A courier who signs in as a delivery visitor appears on the Parcels desk as on site. Visitors is a separate product with its own price.
What happens to a parcel when a member leaves?+
An owner or manager marks the member departed. They cannot be chosen for new parcels, and the parcels still waiting for them are listed for staff to resolve. Nothing waiting is deleted.
Do coworking members need to install anything?+
No. The email opens a private page in the browser, with one pickup code for everything waiting. There is no app and no account.
Can a member send a colleague to collect a parcel?+
Yes. From their private page they give the colleague's name and email, and vFound emails a one-time code that expires after seven days. The desk still checks who collects.
Can members see each other's parcels?+
No. A member's private link shows only the parcels linked to them, and parcel records are never public. Staff and viewer roles see masked email addresses.
