Self check-in
Put a QR sign by the queue: guests fill in their ticket on their phone before they reach the desk, and staff just take the coat.
Hand back in one tap
When the guest comes back, staff scan the ticket with the phone camera or type the number. The item’s photo appears; one tap records it as handed back.

For hotels, a bag can be stored with the guest’s name, room and a collect-by time. Luggage due today is counted on Home, and stored bags stay put when the night ends.
The end of the night, sorted
End the night and whatever is still there is listed as left. Choose what moves to vFound Lost & Found as a found item with its photo, and guests who left an email are told their things are safe.

What special equipment do we need?+
None. Any phone or tablet with a camera takes the photos and scans the tickets; a printer is optional.
