How reception runs on vFound

Invite guests ahead with a QR pass by email, share a registration link, or pair any lobby tablet with a ten-minute code. There is no visitor app or account.

• Visitor types for interviews, contractors, deliveries and your own each have their own questions, terms, badge colour, approval and retention.
• The host gets an email and can reply from a private link, without an account, that they are on the way.
• Multi-day passes work once on each valid day, for contractors on a longer job.
• Badges print in three sizes, and anyone still signed in is signed out automatically overnight.

For coworking spaces

Put your members on the shared people list so guests can name who they are visiting; a host is told when the full name a guest types matches one person on the list. Members can be imported from a CSV file or kept current from a CSV link that refreshes every hour.

Safety without collecting more than you need

A live roll call on any phone shows everyone signed in, and several marshals can mark people safe at once, with a final report. vFound Visitors takes no ID scans and no visitor photos; it keeps the name, the host, arrival and departure, and the company and email if a visitor gives them.
