How it works
Keep the camera open and scan each label. vFound AI reads the name and the tracking number, and your team confirms the person.
- Each person gets an email with a pickup code and one private page for everything waiting for them.
- Mark parcels perishable, fragile, oversized, high value or signature required, and perishable ones are listed first.
- At the desk, scan the code and take a signature, and the parcel leaves the waiting list.
