What to record for every parcel
A package log should let anyone on the desk answer two questions: did something arrive for this person, and who collected it. Record the date received, the recipient, their room or unit, the carrier, the tracking number, the shelf, who collected it, the date and a signature.
When a paper log stops working
A sheet cannot tell a resident that a parcel has arrived, remind them when it waits, or search last month’s deliveries in a second. When the pile grows, a digital log that emails a pickup code saves most of the questions at the desk.
Frequently asked questions
Is this package log free?+
Yes. Print as many sheets as you like. Nothing you type is sent to vFound.
Should the recipient sign?+
Yes. A signature at collection is the simplest proof of who took the parcel.
What does vFound Parcels add?+
vFound AI reads the label from a photo, the person gets an email with a pickup code, reminders follow while it waits, and the handover is signed on screen.
Tell every recipient the moment it arrives.
vFound Parcels reads the label, emails a pickup code and records the signature. Start your 14-day free trial. A valid card is required; cancel before day 14 to avoid the yearly charge.
