Set up stations for each counter or zone, with a number range and capacity, and record the expected volume for the event.
- Staff photograph each item and vFound assigns the next number in that station’s range.
- Guests scan a QR code, use self check-in on their phone or a paired counter kiosk, or get the ticket by email.
- They ask for their things from their ticket, and staff prepare them in the exit queue.
- Temporary staff each get their own login, so every check-in and hand-back is on record.
- Paired hanger tags and thermal stubs print from the browser if you use a printer.
When the event ends
End the event and vFound lists what was left. Items you choose move into vFound Lost & Found with their photo, and guests who left an email are told, so a forgotten coat has a way home.
