Scan an item’s label, choose the person and a due time, and they get a receipt by email.

Self-checkout without a staffed desk
An optional paired kiosk lets people check items out themselves with an exact email or ID, a scan of each item label and their signature. The kiosk never lists people, and it runs in the browser on any tablet.

Record serial numbers, values, warranties and up to ten custom fields, log maintenance, and run a stock-take by scanning everything on the shelf to see what is missing. Bring an existing list from Snipe-IT, Sortly or Cheqroom as a CSV file.

A checkout record is kept for 13 months after everything in it comes back, then deleted with its signature.
