Front desk glossary
Short, plain definitions of the terms front desks use. Each one has a small example, two or three public sources we opened and dated, and a link to the vFound product that handles the job.
vFound writes this glossary and sells software for these desks, so read the sources yourself. They are other people’s pages and they change. Where we got something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
