Frequently asked questions
Do integrations cost extra in vFound?+
No. Cloudbeds, OfficeRnD Flex, Microsoft Entra, Slack, Teams, Google Chat, calendar links, API keys, webhooks, OpenAPI and MCP are included with the vFound products that use them. Your other provider may have its own plan or API requirements.
Which systems can keep operational records current automatically?+
A customer-configured Cloudbeds property key can read minimal reservation and room context into Stays. Customer-created OfficeRnD Flex and Microsoft Entra applications can read active people into the shared people list. Each connection is read-only at the provider, must pass a test before activation, and can be paused or removed in vFound.
Is Oracle OPERA Cloud available?+
No. The server-side OHIP adapter is built but remains disabled until Oracle access, the hotel’s approval, exact environment configuration and live acceptance are complete. vFound does not advertise it as an available or certified integration.
Can an integration reach another venue’s data?+
No. API keys, webhooks, calendar links, channel connections and operational-system connections are tied to one venue and follow that venue’s product access.
How many webhook addresses can a venue use?+
Up to 25. This lets separate Zaps and internal systems keep their own subscriptions.
