It drafts found-item listings and equipment names from photos, reads parcel labels, suggests visitors from meeting invites, helps match lost reports and checks claims. Checkroom also has lost-ticket suggestions and a closing summary. Ask vFound answers from your venue’s records and prepares changes for staff to confirm. AI is included within a fair-use allowance, can be switched off in Settings, and never decides ownership or identifies people from images.

vFound AI is included at no extra cost, with no per-photo or per-message charges for your venue. It runs within a fair-use allowance: up to 300 AI requests per venue a day, within a monthly AI budget shared across vFound. If a limit is reached, AI features pause and your team carries on by hand until it resets. The 14-day trial includes vFound AI within the same allowance.

Every product includes Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google Chat alerts, a REST API with scoped keys and signed webhooks. Parcels, Equipment and Visitors also share a people list with hourly CSV-link sync, automatic directory provisioning, CSV export and each person’s signed My vFound page. Lost & Found includes a custom address on a subdomain of your own website, such as lostandfound.yourvenue.com, the website widget, which adds your lost and found to your own website with one line of code, and a printable QR sign for your venue.
