What happens after 14 days?+
If you have not chosen a subscription, your workspace becomes read-only. Your records and venue address stay saved, and exports remain available. You can subscribe to reopen your venue website. You are not automatically charged.
Is Pro really unlimited?+
Yes: unlimited found items, active team members and total storage for your venue. Individual upload size and file-type checks still apply to keep uploads reliable. Each location has its own subscription.
How does the 50% annual saving work?+
Starter costs US$474 upfront per year instead of 12 monthly payments of US$79. Pro costs US$774 upfront per year instead of 12 monthly payments of US$129. That is exactly 50% less for either plan.
Can I change plans or cancel?+
Yes, in Billing & plan. Paid Starter customers see a prorated quote before upgrading to Pro. Downgrades and billing-frequency changes take effect at renewal. Cancel renewal at any time and keep access through the trial or paid period. No automatic prorated refunds.
How do Starter’s limits work?+
Starter includes 100 newly logged items per subscription year, one owner and 1 GB total storage. Monthly payments do not reset the annual item allowance, and archiving an item does not replenish it. Item photos, reports and bulk actions are Pro features.
What if I subscribe before my trial ends?+
Your remaining trial is preserved. Stripe requires at least two days to set up a future first charge, so a short extension can apply near the end of your trial. Checkout shows the exact first payment date and price before you confirm.
