The front office problem

A paper visitor book shows every earlier name to the next visitor, handwriting is hard to read, and in a fire drill nobody is sure who is still inside.

How sign-in works

Put a QR sign at the entrance, share a registration link, or pair any tablet in the browser with a ten-minute code. There is no app to install.

• Visitor types for parents, contractors, speakers and interviews each have their own questions, terms, badge colour and approval.
• The host gets an email as soon as their visitor signs in.
• Badges print on Brother, DYMO or 4 by 3 inch labels.
• Anyone still signed in is signed out automatically overnight, so the list stays true.

Contractors on longer jobs

A daily or weekday pass lets a contractor sign in once on each valid day with the same QR code. A visitor type can require the office to approve a visit before the visitor arrives, and visitors agree to your site rules before they sign in, with the agreed text kept on the visit.

Safety without collecting more than you need

A live roll call on any phone shows everyone signed in, and several staff can mark people safe at once. vFound Visitors takes no ID scans, no visitor photos and runs no watch lists; it keeps the name, the host, arrival and departure, and the company and email if a visitor gives them. You choose how long visits are kept, from 7 to 365 days.
