Guest packages held, found and handed over at check-in.
Hotels receive parcels for guests who have not arrived yet, guests who have already left, and staff, and each one has to be found quickly at the front desk.
vFound Parcels logs each parcel from a photo of its label, holds it until the date you choose, emails the guest a pickup code and records who collected it.
One workspace for everything your desk looks after.

The front desk problem
A package arrives for a guest checking in next week. It goes into a back office, the guest asks at the desk, and nobody can find it or say who took it in.
How it works
Scan the label and vFound AI reads the name and tracking number. Log it for the guest's name and email, even if they are not on your people list.
- Hold a parcel until the guest's arrival date, so reminders start only when they are there.
- Record the shelf, and mark parcels perishable, fragile, oversized, high value or signature required.
- The guest gets an email with a pickup code, and the desk scans the code and takes a signature at handover.
- Parcels nobody collects are raised with your team after a set number of days.
Staff deliveries too
Put your team on the people list, imported from a CSV file or kept current from a CSV link, and staff parcels are logged and handed over the same way.
One front desk suite
The same login runs vFound Lost & Found for things guests leave behind and vFound Checkroom for luggage storage, so the desk has one place for everything it looks after.
