How sign-in works on site
Put a QR sign at the gate or pair any tablet in the browser with a ten-minute code. There is no app to install and no account for visitors.
- Visitor types for contractors, drivers, auditors and visitors each have their own questions, such as a vehicle registration, their own terms and badge colour.
- Visitors agree to your site rules before they sign in, and the agreed text is kept on the visit.
- A visitor type can require approval before the visitor is allowed in, and you can have every walk-in without an invitation wait for approval.
- The host gets an email as soon as their visitor signs in.
Contractors on longer jobs
A daily or weekday pass lets a contractor sign in once on each valid day with the same QR code, and anyone left signed in is signed out automatically after the day ends so the list stays true.
A roll call that works on any phone
A live roll call lists everyone signed in, and several marshals can mark people safe at once from their own phones, with a final report. Visitor types can optionally require a private photo or staff-recorded visual check of a physical photo ID; vFound stores no ID document image or number and runs no facial recognition or watchlist.
