Switching from Notifii to vFound Parcels
Your recipient list is what vFound needs. Notifii says you may export it at any time, although its steps are not on its public pages.

1. Export from Notifii Track
- Notifii’s privacy policy says you may export your recipient lists at any time. The steps are not on its public pages, so if you cannot find the export, ask Notifii support for the file.Source
- If the file opens as a spreadsheet, save it as CSV first. Excel’s comma or semicolon CSV both work.
2. Import into vFound Parcels
- In vFound, open People and choose More, then Import a CSV file. The same people list serves Parcels, Visitors and Equipment.
- vFound finds the columns by name in any order: a full name, or first and last name columns, plus email, room (or apartment, unit or department) and ID. Commas, semicolons and tabs all work.
- Check the count and the first name vFound shows, then choose Import. Someone already on the list with the same email is updated, not added twice. Up to 5,000 people go in at a time.
What comes with you
- Every recipient with a name column, and their email and unit where the file has them.
What to keep a copy of
- Your package history. Notifii does not publish how to export it, so ask Notifii for a copy before your subscription ends.
- Packages still waiting on the day you switch. Hand them out from Notifii, or log them again in vFound so each person gets a new pickup code.
Frequently asked questions
What if my Notifii file has different column names?+
vFound looks for a name (or first and last name), email, room, apartment or unit, and ID by name, in any order. If a column is not found, rename its header to one of those words and import again.
Does vFound connect to my property management system?+
Not directly. vFound can refresh your people list from a CSV link on a schedule, or through its API and SCIM for directory tools.
