Parcel management software for buildings: one desk for every resident and tenant.
vFound Parcels is parcel management software for buildings: staff photograph each label, vFound AI reads who it is for and the unit or suite, and the resident or tenant gets an email with a pickup code. It records who collected each parcel and when.
It is made for the one front desk or package room that receives for everyone in a building: apartment and condo residents, office tenants and their staff, students in a managed residence, coworking members and the building team itself.

One front desk, many kinds of recipient
A mixed-use building rarely has one kind of recipient. In the same hour the desk signs for a resident's groceries, a courier envelope for a tenant's office and spare parts for the facilities team. vFound keeps all of them on one people list, so staff search one place and every handover follows the same steps.
Each person has a name, an email, a room or apartment field and an optional ID or reference. The room field is free text, so it holds an apartment number, an office suite or a floor, and vFound AI reads the same detail from the label for staff to confirm.
- Import a spreadsheet saved as CSV. Someone already on the list with the same email is updated, not added twice.
- Connect a public HTTPS CSV link, such as a resident or tenant report your property system publishes, and vFound refreshes the list every hour.
- Offices that run Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, OneLogin or JumpCloud can provision their staff through SCIM 2.0.
- Coworking operators on OfficeRnD Flex can sync members through a read-only connection, with an optional location filter.
- Add or change people by hand, or through the vFound API. The list holds up to 50,000 people per building.
From the loading dock to the pickup
A carrier drop can be dozens of parcels for residents, offices and staff at once. The desk logs them in one pass and each recipient is told as their parcel is saved.
- Keep the camera open and scan the whole drop. The barcode fills the tracking number and recognises UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, Amazon, Canada Post, Royal Mail and other international post.
- vFound AI reads the name and unit from the label and suggests the person on your list. Staff confirm, or type the name when a label cannot be read.
- Mark perishable, fragile, oversized, signature-required and high-value parcels. Perishables are listed first and get a same-day reminder.
- Put each parcel on a named shelf, see how full each shelf is and print parcel or shelf labels.
- The recipient's email opens a private My vFound page with every waiting parcel behind one pickup code. From it they can set a hold date while away, snooze reminders or send a one-time code to someone collecting for them.
- When they reach the desk, they say so from that page or the lobby kiosk, and staff see them in a live queue.
- Staff record who collected the parcel and their signature, and can add a pickup photo. A signature-required parcel cannot leave unsigned.
Several buildings, one sign-in
Each building runs as its own venue, with its own people list, shelves, settings and subscription, so one building's residents never appear in another's search. One owner sign-in can open and switch between your buildings, and the cross-venue overview shows the parcels waiting and the work that needs attention in each.
For a portfolio, a customer-owned group command centre shows aggregate workload, account health and policy differences across the buildings you own, and gives existing team members group-wide or regional access. Group access never grants billing or the right to close a building's account.
Software without lockers
vFound runs a staffed desk or package room. It is honest about what it leaves to other systems, so you can plan around them before you buy.
- It does not control parcel lockers, open doors or issue access credentials. Shelves, a pickup code and a signature do the locker's job.
- Arrival notices and reminders go by email, in the recipient's language. vFound does not send texts to phones.
- There is no direct connector for Yardi, RealPage, Entrata or BuildingLink. A CSV link, SCIM or the API keeps the people list current, and your property system stays in charge of who lives or works in the building.
- It does not track a parcel with the carrier before it reaches your building. Tracking starts when your desk logs it.
What to test in a trial
Run one real morning's deliveries through the 14-day trial before you decide, with the people who will use it at the desk.
- Log parcels for a resident, an office tenant and a member of staff, and check each is matched to the right person and unit.
- Have a resident set a hold date, then send a delegate code to a neighbour and hand the parcel to the neighbour.
- Mark a parcel signature required and confirm it cannot be handed over without a signature.
- Connect your resident or tenant list as a CSV link and check what happens when someone moves out.
- Search the history for a parcel a week later and see who logged it, who collected it and when.
Frequently asked questions
How is vFound Parcels priced for a building with residents and offices?+
Per building, whoever lives or works there. Each building is one venue at US$75/month, billed yearly at US$900, with unlimited parcels and team members and room for 50,000 people on its list. It starts with a 14-day free trial that requires a valid card; cancel before day 14 to avoid the yearly charge.
We manage several buildings. Do we need separate accounts?+
No. Each building is its own venue with its own subscription, but one owner sign-in switches between them and the cross-venue overview shows what is waiting in each. A customer-owned group command centre can give your managers group-wide or regional access.
Does it work without package lockers?+
Yes. vFound is made for a staffed desk or package room, where shelves, a pickup code and a signature take the place of a locker. It does not control lockers or doors, so a building that has them runs them separately.
How are residents and tenants told a parcel arrived?+
By email, as soon as the desk logs it, with a pickup code and a link to their private My vFound page. Reminders follow by email while the parcel waits. vFound does not send texts to phones.
Can we import tenants from Yardi, BuildingLink or a spreadsheet?+
From a spreadsheet, yes: upload a CSV file, or connect a CSV link that vFound refreshes every hour. vFound has no direct Yardi, RealPage, Entrata or BuildingLink connector, so if your system can publish a CSV report, use that link, or keep the list current through SCIM or the vFound API.
