What is visitor management software?+
It replaces the paper visitor book: visitors sign in, their host is told they have arrived, the desk knows who is in the building, and every visit is on record. vFound Visitors does that from any phone or computer, with a QR sign for self sign-in and QR passes for invited visitors.
How much does vFound Visitors cost?+

Do visitors need an app or an account?+
No. They sign in on a web page from your QR sign, or the desk signs them in. Invited visitors get their QR pass by email and can sign out from it.
Do you scan IDs or take photos of visitors?+
No. vFound Visitors keeps only what a visit needs: the visitor’s name, who they came to see, when they arrived and left, and their company and email if they give them. There are no ID scans, no visitor photos and no watch lists.
What if someone forgets to sign out?+
Anyone still signed in is signed out automatically overnight, in your venue’s time zone, and the record shows it was automatic. Invitations nobody used are closed the same way.
How long are visits kept?+
Each visit is kept for 12 months after it ends, then deleted with any signature. You can export every visit as a spreadsheet at any time.
