Yes, to save typing, while your venue’s AI switch is on. Paste a meeting invite, or have a team member forward it to your venue’s private vFound address, and vFound AI suggests the expected visits: names, emails, companies, the host and the time. Nothing is created until staff confirm each visit. Visitor photos and the staff-check record are excluded from AI processing.

Anyone still signed in after the day ends, in your venue’s time zone, is signed out automatically once they have been in for 12 hours, so a night shift is not cut short, and the record shows it was automatic. Invitations nobody used are closed the same way.

Choose from 7 to 365 days for the whole venue, with 365 days as the default, and set a different period for any visitor type that needs one; a type without its own period follows the venue’s. After that, the finished visit, its visitor photo, recorded visual ID check, sign-in sessions, roll-call entries, any link to a courier’s parcels and any signature are deleted. You can export visits at any time.

Badges come as print-ready PDFs in three sizes: 4 by 3 inch labels, Brother QL 62 mm labels and DYMO 54 by 101 mm labels, so a printer loaded with one of those can print them from the browser. A 4 by 3 inch badge also prints on a sheet of paper cut to size, and the QR on any badge carries only the six-character desk code, never the visitor’s pass.

Yes. Any tablet with a web browser, an iPad included, becomes a kiosk once an owner or manager pairs it with an eight-character code that lasts ten minutes, and they can revoke it at any time. The kiosk never shows your people list, and it clears what a visitor typed after 60 seconds.

A live roll call lists every signed-in visitor, adds anyone who signs in while it runs and can include today’s expected visitors, and several staff can mark people safe or missing from their own phones, with the finished report kept. It covers visitors signed in to vFound, not your employees, so keep your own staff list for drills. You can also print the list of visitors in the building.

Yes. An owner or manager can connect a customer-owned Microsoft Entra application with administrator-approved User.Read.All, or an OfficeRnD Flex application with flex.community.members.read. Both read only the identity and active status needed for the people list and never create vFound staff accounts or access roles.
