vFound is front desk software for venues. Its five products, Lost & Found, Parcels, Checkroom, Equipment and Visitors, share one workspace and one login, and they run in the web browser, so there is nothing to install.

Each product looks after one job a front desk does every day. A venue chooses the ones it needs, and its team uses them with one login on the phones, tablets and computers it already has. Guests, recipients and visitors never need an app.
- vFound Lost & FoundPhotograph found items, publish them on your own guest website and return them to their owners.
- vFound ParcelsScan labels rapidly, give every recipient one private pickup page, and run the queue, shelves, handovers and delivery rounds.
- vFound CheckroomRun coat check, bag check and luggage storage with private phone tickets, an exit queue and no per-ticket vFound fees.
- vFound EquipmentReserve equipment, hand out complete kits, track every asset and let borrowers self-check out, with reminders built in.
- vFound VisitorsVisitors register on their phone or your paired kiosk, their host hears at once, and a live roll call shows who is safe.
Who runs vFound
vFound is operated by Naltyx Data and Marketing Consulting, as our Terms of service put it. When a venue signs up, its agreement is with Naltyx.
How we work
Published prices
Each product has one yearly price per venue, published in five currencies. Every feature of a product is included in its price.

There is no free plan. Each venue gets one 14-day free trial of the products it chooses. A valid card is required, and the yearly price is charged when the trial ends unless renewal is canceled first.
AI suggests, people decide
vFound AI works in three products: Lost & Found, Parcels and Equipment. It reads photos and labels and suggests details and matches. Your team checks them and decides every claim. vFound AI never identifies people from images.
What vFound AI doesComparisons with sources
When we compare vFound with another product, each fact about that product comes from its own website or official listings, with the source and the date we checked. If something is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
