Connect it in three clear steps

Create a property API key
In Cloudbeds, create a property-level API key with read:reservation only. The property controls and can revoke this key.

Save and test it in vFound
Open Settings, Connections, Operational systems. Add Cloudbeds, paste the key, optionally enter the property ID and run the connection test.

Turn on automatic sync
After the test succeeds, turn on sync. Check its last successful run in the same panel, or pause and remove it at any time.
Details before you connect
- The key and saved sync cursor are encrypted and never shown again after they are saved.
- vFound does not read rates, payment or card data, loyalty data, identity documents, guest preferences or unrelated reservation notes.

Which vFound products use Cloudbeds stays?+
Lost & Found and Parcels can use private stay context when either product is open for the venue.
Can vFound change a Cloudbeds reservation?+
No. The connection reads reservation context with read:reservation and does not create or change a reservation.
What happens if Cloudbeds is unavailable?+
Repeated failures pause only the connection. Staff can still add and correct stay context manually or through the documented vFound API.
