Create the Entra application
Your Microsoft administrator creates a customer-owned application, grants the User.Read.All application permission and gives administrator consent.

Save and test it in vFound
Open Settings, Connections, Operational systems. Add Microsoft Entra ID, enter the tenant ID, client ID and client secret, then test.

Turn on automatic sync
Activate the tested connection. Owners and managers can see its latest result, run it now, pause it or remove it.
Details before you connect
- The application credentials and Microsoft continuation link are encrypted and never returned after saving.
- The connection cannot create users, invite staff, assign vFound roles or make access decisions.
- This is a customer-configured Microsoft Graph connection, not a Microsoft Marketplace app.
