Connect it in three clear steps

Create the Teams workflow
In the destination Teams channel, open Workflows and choose the template that posts to a channel when a webhook request is received. Finish the workflow and copy its webhook link.

Connect the channel
Open Settings, Connections, Microsoft Teams in vFound. Paste the workflow link and choose the events to post.

Add continuity and test
Microsoft ties workflows to their owners. Add a co-owner in Teams if your organisation needs continuity, then send a test from vFound.
Details before you connect
- Microsoft is retiring its older Microsoft 365 connector method. vFound uses the newer Teams workflow webhook link.
- A Teams workflow can become orphaned if its only owner leaves. Microsoft recommends adding co-owners for continuity.
