See when a parcel email was not delivered
If the email telling someone their parcel arrived bounces or is marked as spam, the parcel shows an Email not delivered badge so you can call or text them instead.

Use a USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner at the desk
On a computer, scan a pickup code, ticket, pass or label with a barcode scanner without clicking anywhere first, and vFound opens it as a camera scan would. In Parcels, a tracking barcode scanned into the log form fills the tracking number and the carrier.

Hand over every parcel for a unit at once
The handover now lists every parcel waiting for the person and the other parcels waiting for their unit, so you can tick them all and take one signature. This includes parcels logged for a name that is not on your people list.
Parcels
Pickup confirmation emails
When parcels are handed over, each person they were for gets one email listing them, with the time and who collected them. You can turn this off in Settings, vFound Parcels.

Sign in with a link sent to your email
On the sign-in screen you can ask for a one-time sign-in link by email instead of typing your password. Each link works once, for 15 minutes, and your password works as before.

A report for every product in Reports & Analytics
Reports & Analytics has a tab for each product your venue uses. The period you choose (7, 30 or 90 days, or 12 months) applies to every tab.

Imports say how many were added
After you import a spreadsheet of found items, vFound says how many items were imported and how many were skipped. A hotel stays import says how many stays were added, updated and skipped.
